The role of Community Developer is an opportunity to engage people in a fun, positive and productive ways, are you someone that would thrive on that? Are you someone who pays attention to what people do and say, and uses that to respond appropriately to the individual? Can you adapt quickly to what the situation requires?

We are looking for someone who will take responsibility for constantly improving what they do, can adapt quickly to what the situation requires, and is passionate about delivering The Games Tavern customary legendary customer service in any venue. This will include running exciting events and activities in schools, at conventions, as well as working in The Games Tavern game venue and shops.

You will need to make a plan for each event and deliver that plan. You will also need to review the success of the event and implement changes. We will provide you with all the tools and training that you need.


We know it can be hard to stay energetic and enthusiastic for long periods of time, dealing with many people at once with a constant smile on your face. The right person for this job will embrace and relish this challenge.

Set in the immersive worlds of the games we offer the miniatures and games are prized by collectors, modelers, painters and gamers alike. As a highly successful lean business structure we do almost everything ourselves. Why? Because we are obsessed with the quality of our products and services.

Other Essential Information

A solid understanding of the English language, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a week are requirements for this job.

Occasionally you may get the opportunity to work with our other brands.

Technical understanding of social media and ability to learn marketing and engagement strategies are essential.
